Denny Blue has been a USCG licensed professional charter captain
for over 20 years and has fished extensively both in the U.S.
and internationally. He has maintained a successful salmon charter
business on Lake Michigan since 1984. Capt. Blue has been featured
in numerous articles on fresh and salt water fishing and has
been a contributor to several magazines and newspaper on the
subject. Most recently Captain Denny was featured in "Rampageous", Rampage Yachts quarterly newsletter. He is currently a member of the Michigan Charter Boat
Association, Manistee Area Charter Boat Association, Federation
of Fly Fishers and IGFA.
In 2006 Captain Blue's son, Dennis, joined him as a U.S.C.G licensed captain on the True Blue. Captain's Dennis has extensive experience fishing salmon on Lake Michigan.
